How to Use CapCut’s Motion Tracking Like a Pro

 ๐Ÿ’ก Note: As of recent updates, CapCut (especially desktop or mod versions) supports motion tracking for text, stickers, and overlays. If you're using mobile, make sure your app is up to date.

✅ 1. Open CapCut and Import Your Clip

  • Tap New Project.
  • Import the video where you want the tracking to happen (e.g., tracking a moving hand, head, outfit, or object).

  • Tap the video layer.
  • Look for Tracking (usually in the lower toolbar or under “Edit” on desktop).

  • Tap Tracking.
  • A white square appears — drag it over the object or area you want to track (e.g., face, bag, or foot).

  • Tap Start Tracking.
