How to Use CapCut’s Motion Tracking Like a Pro
💡 Note: As of recent updates, CapCut (especially desktop or mod versions) supports motion tracking for text, stickers, and overlays. If you're using mobile, make sure your app is up to date.
✅ 1. Open CapCut and Import Your Clip
- Tap New Project.
- Import the video where you want the tracking to happen (e.g., tracking a moving hand, head, outfit, or object).

- Tap the video layer.
- Look for Tracking (usually in the lower toolbar or under “Edit” on desktop).
